Step-by-step process

NOTE:

A feature that allowed you to customize how items appear in the cart when the same item is selected multiple times during a transaction—offering two display options: “Increase Quantity” or “Multiple Lines” is no longer available in the latest version 115.0.

Item Cart Layout Feature 
  • This feature empowers you to personalize the display of items in the cart area when a particular item is selected multiple times in a transaction.
  • This setting provides two distinct options: "Increase Quantity" and "Multiple Lines".
Steps

  • POS App main menu
  • Select “ Settings ”
  • Select “Software Customization”
  • Click “ Item cart layout”
  • Select either “Increase qty” or “Multiple line”
  • Click "SAVE"

"Increase Quantity" adds more to the existing line, while "Multiple Lines" creates a new line for each selection.
