At Vendtill we continuously strive to improve our app and provide solutions tailored to your business needs. If at any time the app doesn’t perfectly match your requirements, we encourage you to reach out to our Support Team first. Our team is always ready to work with you to find suitable adjustments, provide feature guidance, and help resolve any challenges you may face.

Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from our system. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, so please ensure you have exported all necessary reports, invoices, product details, and any other important information before proceeding.

⚠ Important: We strongly recommend contacting Vendtill Support before deleting your account so we can explore solutions that may meet your needs without losing your valuable data. support@vendtill.com 


Steps to Delete Your Vendtill Account

If you still wish to proceed with account deletion:

  1. Log in to the Vendtill Backoffice Web Portal: https://cloud.vendtill.com

  2. Click the menu (☰) icon.

  3. Open the dropdown next to Admin.

  4. Select My Profile.

  5. Click the "Delete" button.

  6. Enter your current password to confirm the action.

Special Note

  • You will need to enter your password for security verification.

  • Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data, and this action cannot be undone.

  • Please download and save any important records before deletion.
