You can now link your Shopify online store with the Vendtill POS System to manage online orders directly from your POS app. Follow these steps to complete the setup.

This process includes four main steps:
To start, you need a Shopify account. This step involves signing up for Shopify, setting up your online store, and adding products.
For detailed guidance on setting up a Shopify store, refer to Shopify’s Help Center.
In this step, you will configure your Shopify store to generate API keys, which are required to connect Shopify with Vendtill POS.
Now, you will enter your Shopify credentials in the Vendtill Backoffice to establish a connection between your online store and the POS system.
Once integrated, you can view and manage Shopify orders directly from the Vendtill POS app.
You can track and manage all online orders from the Vendtill Backoffice, where you can also download reports for record-keeping.
Now, your Shopify store is integrated with Vendtill POS, allowing you to manage orders efficiently from both the POS app and Backoffice.
Always use Vendtill POS as the master system—do not create products directly in Shopify after integration.
Ensure product codes, names, and IDs match between Vendtill and Shopify to prevent duplication and sync errors.
Product images should ideally be uploaded via the WebStore Products section for better quality.
Regularly backup Vendtill data before making major changes to avoid data loss.
One-way sync is enforced: Vendtill → Shopify only. Shopify changes will not reflect back in Vendtill.
