Step-by-steps

POS App main menu > Select “ Settings ” > Select “Printers”

Click the “Add (+) button or edit the existing printer setup >

Tick on “ Connect Cash drawer with printer” option > Click the “Save” button

How to enable/disable cash drawer for different Payment Types

  • This feature allows you to on/ off cash drawer for different payment types.
    • Ex: For Card payments, some business may need to ON the Cash drawer and some businesses may need to OFF the cash drawer opening.
Login to POS Back Office > Select “ Settings ” from main menu > Go to the “ Payment Types”
Click the relevant payment type
Click drop-down button near ‘Additional Options” > Tick ON or OFF the “Cash drawer enable” button > Click “Update”
How to open cash drawer manually
POS App main menu > Select “ New Sale ” > Click the 3-dot button on the right-hand upper section
Click “Open Drawer” 
  • Once you click the “Open Drawer”, the cash drawer will open
  • To appear the “Open Drawer” button, the user need to activate the “Shift Management” function via Backoffice webportal FEATURE section
