Get Email Notification for Low & Negative Stocks 

  • “E-mail Notification” function is another very special feature in the POS System. You can get an email notification of the stocks which running low and reach to safety stock level in the business and can make them reorder.

    ( To get this report, you need to add ‘Safety Stocks” amount for the products)

Activate Email Notifications

To start receiving email notifications, you need to enable this feature in the Vendtill POS Back Office.

1. Log in to Vendtill POS Back Office.
2. Click on Settings in the main menu.
3. Go to the Feature section.
4. Turn ON the Notification Settings option.
5. Click Save.
6. Once enabled, a new Notification Settings section will appear in Settings.

How to Get an Email Notification for Low Stock

  1. Log in Back Office, navigate to Settings, and go to the Feature section
  2. Go to Notification Settings.
  3. Turn ON the Low Stock Notification option.
  4. Select a time from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter an email address to receive notifications.
  6. Click Update. 

Special Notes

  • You can add up to 5 email addresses for notifications.
  • Ensure you enter a valid email address to receive notifications correctly.
  • Select the correct time when setting up notifications to match your business needs.
